The valet attendant was amazing. The staff was also amazing. They handled all my deliveries and questions wonderfully. I can’t wait to come back and stay there it was very accommodating. The only issue was no mini fridge!

My stay was a birthday trip for my husband and it was awesome when i had a problem with the heater maintenance got right on it and moved my room he was very polite and helpful i wish i would have gotten his name.

Great location. Only thing was there was no hot water for showers unless it was at 3am. The bedding was very thin also. Other than that, it was a great hotel with friendly people. They say it’s $50 a day for parking but we never got charged.

The employees were outstanding and nice. The rest was not. Stayed 3 nights and room service never showed, had to go ask for extra towels. They refused to do anything about the people outside harassing you as you walk in. Couldn’t even walk outside and enjoy your coffee without 3-4 people walking up and asking for money. I will never stay here again.

The room itself was clean. There was no refrigerator or microwave and as the room service was cancelled due to COViD it was inconvenient as we had to get up and go get coffee. Ik that sounds spoiled but when u are on vacation all u want when you wake up is a cup of coffee. Our room was fine with the heat but the heat in my besties room across the hall was nonexistent... and in one of the coldest nights in New Orleans history that wasn’t cool. It was a bed and a hot shower with good water pressure. Bourbon House downstairs was great but other than that...

The stay was okay. We didn’t have hot water which was disappointing. The hotel is taking precautionary measures for COVID, that’s a plus. I loved the security measures and it’s close to EVERYTHING.
