    There were a number of young people that did not have common courtesy. Girls vaping and snacking in the pool. Young people making noise around 2 to 4 or 5 am on our floor. A young guy talking to me about how he spent a lot of money and had three rooms for the night with friends when I was waiting for the elevator to go downstairs to put luggage into the car.

    fast wifi, close to all food, great for conference

    I had alot of work to do, and the staff made it easy with the needs, and timing, and room requirements. Being at the centre of Niagara Falls too is a huge benefit. This is a great team. Thanks as always.

    Relied on the high review but got disappointed

    Key cards didn't work at first, had to wait for a while. Heater/AC was noisy, would wake up everytime it turned on, there was a soiled lollipop under the heater/ac from prior guest.

    Amazing hotel for the low price! It’s only a 5 minute walk (if that) to Clifton hill. It was very clean & comfy, the staff members were really friendly too! They even upgraded our room to a king suite free of charge. We’ll definitely be staying there again!
