The smoke detectors were defective. The tub was halfway filled with water, and the sink kept clogging. The bed was very comfortable

We didn't like it this time, the last time we were there was amazing but now was a bad experience, the side of the bed the floor was very dirty, we found ants, the hallways and the elevator smells very bad. I dont know what happen with this, i dont recommend. I hope.they be like the first time i went there.

Don't ever stay here - Horrible Experience!
The hotel room is not up to Marriott standards. Room, bathroom basic amenities are old and outdated. bed sheets were old, dirty with stains, TV remote is basic, old fashioned, that means no TV guide and you have to scroll using the channel button if you don't remember the channel names, cc button does not works, Refrigerator is provided but no microwave, no body lotion, hotel elevator stinks, trash seen in the hallway. Felt like staying in low class, roadside motel named Fairfield Inn & Suites.

Thought I was getting a good deal, but I wasn't. There was no shuttle like the advertisement claim. Ended up having to spend $30 bucks on a cab. Use Uber. I did to get back to the airport after I realized that was a much better option than a cab, price wise. Also, due to Covid-19, they were at the time not serving breakfast at all. No complimentary coffee either. So don't expect that as a perk either to offset costs on the deal you're getting if they are still adhering to those "social distancing" measures.

The room was very nice. Quite spacious. Very comfortable bed. Tv wasn’t really updated besides very basic channels and some of the lights in the room didn’t work. Plus the water was quite cold.

Hotel was dirty, loud and not to standards of a mariot hotel. Being a titanium elite member there was no complimentary items offered. In fact i was treated worse than a typical guest. This hotel was completely unacceptable and should be evaluated by your quality assurance program.
