This hotel was perfect. 1. Location. Only about 50 meters from City Center “ Piazza del Popolo”. This is the beginning of city center with all the best shopping right off the plaza. Yet the 50 meter distance meant it was very quiet at night. We slept with windows open all night. Across the street was a convenience store as well as several cafes to get coffee , pastries, pizza and more. 2 Staff was amazing and helpful in every way 3. We had several special requests for our rooms… all were done before our arrival. No need to ask again. 4. Very safe area. 5. Rooms were lovely and beds very comfortable, they were small, but thats Rome. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast and reasonable. Stayed here for 2 weeks our last Rome trip. This time two nights with new beautiful renovations. Wonderful bar, too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely barman, really nice breakfast and location is great. Condition of our room itself was not okay. Checked in late and just wanted to shower and go to bed. There was one towel for two people and no soap. Toilet roll holder was broken and one bathroom light broken. The worst part was the terrible smell from what I can only guess was the drains in the bathroom. It got worse and by day three we had to be moved. Pillows and mattresses are cheap and uncomfortable and toiletries are also poor quality. What makes this hotel good are the lovely staff. Michaela at the front desk should be given a raise for her fantastic customer service, not just with us but with every guest I saw her interact with. All of the staff are kind and helpful. If this hotel spent a bit of money upgrading the quality of the rooms it would be incredible.
