We had a great stay! Everything was clean, our breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and all of the staff were kind and helpful. The Americus is a great location right downtown, we will definitely be back!

This hotel was a great place to stay for one night. We could hear the street only when a loud car or emergency vehicle went by. It wasn't crowded in December. Our standard suite was plenty of room for our family. There are a lot of places within walking distance, but those shops and restaurants were mostly closed late in the Sunday we arrived. Union & Finch was a nice restaurant there. Parking in the deck was fine, except we were ticketed for parking in reverse. I could see our car when we parked in the 5th level (we were in room 405). I used the fitness room which was small, but it had one 4 sided functional pulley machine that was good for several sets. I'm not sure how you would get some push workouts other than by using dumbbells. There were a lot of cardio machines and some benches and dumbbells.

Holiday getaway.
We were in Allentown for a concert at the PPL Center, and fell in love with the hotel while we were there. The concert, and the stay at the Americus was an early family Christmas present, and the hotel made it a special weekend for us. If we are ever in town again, you'll be our go to hotel.
