Very clean, great facilities, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to help. Even with an unforeseen circumstance the staff tried their best to best accommodate guests.

FIRE IN THE ELEVATOR SHAFT!
Nice staff; alarm went off around 12:30 am because of a fire in the elevator, we sat in our car until 3:30 am and when we returned to our rooms, my clothes in the closet smelled like "burned rubber"....I left at 4 am, they promised a refund. My wife's birthday was "shot". The staff made the best of the situation with water bottles & blankets, tried real hard - shout out to the 1st responders & the staff. They were really concerned about every guest. I will go back to this hotel in the future because I feel they cared for our safety

Okay if you can find a good deal
Hotel was very clean and we had no COVID concerns. We stayed in the luxury suite at a discounted price it was worth the $200 but not the $400 advertised on the site.The heater was blowing cold air but luckily we had the fireplace, and it was pretty mild outside. Half the the jacuzzi jets didn't work. Guest services did comp part of our room service because of this. The bed left much to be desired. It was so loud and the frame was cheap. It wasn't great for sleeping either. We still had a nice time I just don't believe this was one of their better rooms. It advertises close to the outlet mall and that's no joke. It's literally beside the mall. If you think you're getting a view it will be of a parking lot.

The room that I booked looked absolutely nothing like the photos. I was so severely disappointed when I walked through the door especially since I paid $300 for the room when I could have paid less and gotten better elsewhere. Expedia did a really bad job with their photo descriptions I don’t think I will be using this site anymore.
