Would have stayed if ….
Actually we did not get to stay at this location because the air conditioning was not working properly. However the manager was very very kind and professional and as we were redirected to another Adagio they reimbursed us for the total of charge. If it would not have been for the Air conditioning issue we would have stayed there. Thank you again for the manager’s kindnest and understanding

Extreme heat airless room and worst hotel
Worst hotel. NO AC in room, one small fan which only has some air venting on left side, useless. Whole room has no ventilation and like sauna. No cleaning at all for 6 nights stay, throw your own trash. Rude and unfriendly staffs at hotel, only one lady Souna is friendly. After check out, no free storage of luggages, have to pay per piece per locker for 24 hours rental even if just store for 2 hours. First time stayed here as Mercure amd Pullman Eiffel were fully booked. It is heaven and hell and this adagio is hell. ibis is even better than this hotel, expensive and no service, and no AC. Hotel lobby and lifts are cooler than room. WILL NEVER STAY HERE. Not recommended unless you want to try this lousy and extreme terrible adagio.

Nice apartment but no air conditioning
It’s very difficult to rate this hotel. We stayed at the 1 bedroom apartment. The room was spacious and very well equipped! The views were amazing! No problems with lifts. However… The air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot inside. No air circulation at all. We had some portable units and later got two extra fans. Luckily the weather got cooler and for last two days the apartment was fine. The cooling system (and the lack of it) gave us all colds and sore throats. The pool was out of order. Staff was ok. Not very welcoming, but also not rude. It must be difficult to work there when all day you hear about problems about air conditioning. The surrounding area was ok. The entrance is a bit dark as it’s near the car park. Large shopping centre and supermarket near by. Walkable distance to various metro stations. Overall good stay but air conditioning needs to be fixed and the rooms should not to rented when it’s very hot outside.

The place it’s self was lovely, but TV didn’t work had to ask twice to get it fixed. A/C in bedroom didn’t work and it was very hot, still nobody came to fix it. Found some of the staff very rude, but there was a few nice people and very helpful, after 4 days gave up looking for the pool. Breakfast was chaos constantly running out of food not enough places to sit.

(HHHH) Hottest Horror Hell Hotel
I reported the AC did not work in my room three times the first time the guy came up and understood something was clearly wrong but didn't know how to handle it and left, the second guy never showed up and the third time to the front counters they saw my face of Horror and finally moved me to another room which again was still the Hottest Horror Hell Hotel. They should have stated in the room amenities of the place that they had no AC then at least I know what I was getting into instead they just lied to not just me but I heard many more complaining. Stay away!!!

Nice townhome style apartment with view, AC issues
This was the fourth stop in a two week European vacation with my family, including my two kids that are 15 and 13 years old. When we arrived, the AC was not working. The next morning it was 55° outside but 80° inside. Very difficult to get the front desk to get maintenance to fix the AC. We had to leave in the morning for an Eiffel tower tour so called front desk and maintenance was supposed to come fix it between 9 and 10 AM. When we got back to the room in the afternoon, it was even warmer. After multiple discussions with the front desk and threatening to leave for another hotel, they finally sent someone to fix it. It was an easy fix as the filter had not been changed. Once the AC filter was changed, the AC worked perfectly for the rest of the trip. A difficult and annoying first 24 hours for something routine that should have been addressed before renting out the room. The view from the apartment of the Eiffel tower is wonderful, especially at night when lights turn on and sparkle. Due to the summer hours, the Eiffel tower is not lit until 11 PM so it was nice to be able to see it from the room each night. The view is slightly obstructed from some windows due to a tower in front of it. The unit felt more like a townhome than an apartment as it was upstairs and downstairs, pretty cool set up.
