there was no wash cloth in bath room or bags in trash can I did not the refrigerator it was way to small Like every thing else

This was by far tbe worst stay we've had at this location! Prior to msking reservations, i was told we could have a small childs party by the pool area like we normally do, even during the pandemic. The staff watched us take the cake out there, then Laquisha came out there & told us we couldn't. Time the cake was taken back inside, she comes knocking at the door saying since there was 5 small kids & 4 adults in the room we had to purchase another room. Then 2 minutes later, she comes knocking on the door again with two garbage bags, when we was getting ready to go. At dinner, the young lady that was fixing food, i asked to have the food put in a to go box because my Mother is blind & was in the room. She proceeded to put it in the small bowls, had soup & food running out the bowls. I again asked could it be put in the box because my Mother is blind. She told me, "I CAN'T PUT IT IN THE BOX BECAUSE I PUT IT IN THE BOWL." At 2am, we was awoken by a woman screaming & crying & the Police chasing a man down the hallway! We have always stayed here, but with the attitudes of some of the staff members, this will definitely be our last stay. Very Sad!!!!

The toilet did not work. We had to fill up a container with water to flush the toilet the two days my family and I were there. There was hair in the bed, the shower was dirty and no one ever came down to fix the toilet. I will never stay here again. Poor customer service. To top it off, the room was over $100 a night. I paid $238 for two days. Worst hotel ever.

We stopped because of ice storm and we know they served dinner and breakfast. All the staff were great, served a lot of people that night. Room was great very comfortable and clean

We have stay at this hotel alot of times and it's best hotel we ever stay at!!!

Never a bad stay at a Drury Hotel. Even with the current "situation" they still offer the reception and drinks and great breakfast options. Even had a conversation with the area management and praised this chain. Keep it up 11 out of 10!

It was my birthday weekend. It was a prefect get away. Somewhere I felt was clean and safe from the virus

My stay was fabulous! From the moment I entered and spoke with the front desk personnel I felt welcomed. Unfortunately my family visit was due to medical reasons which I shared upon check in, and was pleasantly surprise to get a card under my door letting me know to contact the staff if I needed anything, and my family was being prayed for. EXCEPTIONAL service and I will always stay at this Drury Inn anytime I come home again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was SO friendly! The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the temperature of the room was adequately maintained. For a free hotel breakfast it was one of the best we’ve ever had, and everything was hot and fresh. We did not have a single complaint. We will definitely stay here again should the need arise.

My ONLY complaint was that the bed was not very comfortable to me
