Great Stay!
Family trip, stayed for almost 2 wks, booked 2 studios type. A bit old but overall was great. Great location - well located within walking distance to Grossmarkt, metro station, 2 mosques, and many more amenities. Great services - friendly reception, taxi booking, parking lot, in-house self-service laundry. Clean studios/rooms but hoping to have more frequent free room cleaning (@ least once in two days) esp. for long stay.

Needs better cleaning
The studio needed extra cleaning in the bathroom and tidying in other areas . The receptionist did say they are not doing daily cleaning and we had to pick up extra sheet and towels from the reception area if we needed to. That was not necessary we had plenty of towels in the room. The studio was very close to the public transport and in the cebtre of the historic part of the city but you can easily access places woking or by hop on /hop off buss. Overal is was a good stay but needs more cleaning I guess throughout the hotel.There was a sour smell on the corridors.

Broke my knee on the way to the hotel. Cannot speak highly enough of the attentive staff who assisted us during this difficult time. The only little point, unlike similar properties with cooking facilities, there are no coffee pods (there is a coffee machine), tea bags, salt and pepper.

Would have liked more towels and the "double" bed was really small, also there was nowhere to put suitcases or unpack. Otherwise, room, staff and property was delightful, would definitely recommend.
