The property has a lot of potential location is great, secluded, nice surroundings unfortunately this is an old building everything looks and smells old it seems like no money is injected back to the property. If you are looking for relax time this is not the placed they do a lot of activities for kids and families music, games and dancing all day long. We were there for a wedding which was amazing (really nice set up) but if you have no kids I'll recommend trying a different place.

en lo general mal, específicamente atención a huéspedes, la pagina debería tener conocimiento del trato ya que por la experiencia estoy dudando volver a contratar por este medio, muchos de los atractivos cerrados, playa todo el tiempo cerrada para ingresar al mar debes caminar mas de 200 mts y estar fuera del limite del hotel, no hay personal atención en playa, no hay guardavidas, restaurantes ala carta cerrados, bares cerrados solo uno esta en funcionamiento a la vez, alimentos repetidos todos los días, importante saber que por la situación de la contingencia se respeta y se entiende pero no es posible que en las carencias para los huéspedes se organice y se lleve acabo una boda para mas de 90 invitados, se contradicen en sus reglas por la contingencia. limpieza deficiente, de las 4 noches solo solo se hizo aseo tres y de esas tres solo una se detecto que se lavo con cloro, limpieza de baño pésima, olor a drenaje. (bebidas pésimas).
