Just didn’t live up to the expectations I had for Christmas. I understand that covid it happening but I feel like there could have been MUCH more Christmas spirit. Also it said there would be a hot breakfast option for every morning. (Breakfast sandwich) which there was not. There was oatmeal which might have been their “hot” option. Was disappointed with that.

Restrictions because of the pandemic have made it hard for service. I think they should have been more forthcoming with each room's cleanliness (i.e., more options to exchange towels, exaggerate with the availability of trash bags, etc.). They should come with some ideas for the people to eat outside of the room in the common areas, just to make it easier for the guests suffering the restrictions.

The hotel is very nice and clean, lots of social distancing. I booked through a 3rd party website and the room I had requested was not available when I asked to move rooms I was told “your money is not as good here because world express members get priority.” Now last time I checked $220 is still some significant money. Anyway they ended up moving my room to directly across the elevator where you can hear everything l- the ding, the pullies, the walking. Loudest hotel room of my life and to be treated so poorly because I booked through a 3rd party leaves a terrible taste in my mouth.

Outside back patio of hotel was nice with a nice view. Other than that, only positive I have. Sure it may be nice during the winter but in the summer there is nothing to do. Rooms are SMALL. No pool and hot tub was not open due to Covid. Definitely would stay closer to Dillon area not in Keystone.
