Our experience started really well before we arrived and it absolutely continued to impress us. We wanted to plan some excursions and Daniel the concierge made some really wonderful suggestions and helped us find what wanted before we arrived. The hotel has been renovated and is clean, cute and well done. We loved the way they decorated the pool and restaurant area. The landscaping is lovely and it seemed like they worked constantly to keep the entire property clean, well looked after and ready at all times. The front desk staff, including Xavier and again Daniel was warm and friendly and seemed to sincerely want to make sure that we had a really great time, not just at the hotel but for our entire vacation.

Great location on seven mile beach. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Clean facilities and well equipped rooms. Nice pool and small beach area. The white sand beach and clear turquoise water were amazing. Breakfast was well presented and delicious. The only negative is that more care is needed for usual wear and tear. Floor tiles were lifting up in our bathroom. Paint chipping was seen at the bottom of the bathroom door. These were minor and likely due to the moisture in the bathroom, but none the less, if it was better maintained I would have been more impressed. I do recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay on Grand Cayman.
