The hotel is very near the Surfers Paradise beach. And it's very near the G-link tram station, which makes it easy to get to other parts of Gold Coast. The suite is clean and spacious, with a full kitchen and in-suite laundry.

Very nice elevated/premium accommodation in a good area for easy access to tram and shops. Spacious and clean suite with no maintenance issues and the couch was actually comfortable to sit on. Disappointing was the TV not being able to directly stream, you needed to chrome cast to the TV. Also the TV image quality is pretty bad. Other than that we loved the floor to ceiling windows and effective heating/cooling system. A big negative was the gym is very small with limited weights and can get too crowded. Staff were friendly enough but lacked the personal and warmth you might associate with a premium hotel. However, a great bonus is that the restaurant La Calabrese is in the building. Delicious pizzas and excellent food. As well as Castaway cafe serving quite good coffee.

Great room and great location. Great amenities in the room and guest services was very helpful. The only suggestion I have is to provide a water bottle filling station, recycling bins in the rooms, and a dish drainer for the kitchenette for drying dishes. Would recommend this property to anyone.
