Hotel Indigo Venice - Sant'Elena, an IHG Hotel

I liked how it was clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was delicious. And the location was great because there wasn’t a lot of people around.

Garden rooms are compact, mfortable enough with lots of thoughtful extras

This was a very pleasant stay for us. The customer service was excellent, and the room was very clean (a bit on the small side but the room compliments made up for it). The breakfast each day was delicious with a wide assortment of choices, a clean display, and the barista made the best cappuccinos. We loved the location of the hotel which was a bit away from the hustle and bustle and right next to a park where we could run along the water each morning. There is also a water bus stop close to the hotel which is very convenient.

Renovated rooms, great breakfast and easy to commute around islands

The hotel location is not close to duomo but waterbus is 2 minutes from hotel. There's a beautiful park right next to hotel and a ristorante. Venice bieanalle location is at walking distance. Hotels inner garden is very relaxing. Also foods are great. A little detail about the pillows at the chairs, there are ottoman sultans. Thanks for the hotel staff they were kind and helpfull to us.

I adore this indigo chain of hotels, never been disappointed in any that I have stayed in.

Beautiful property, updated from top to bottom recently (last year?). Super comfortable bed and room. Very kind staff. Bar area is beautiful too. Only issue was that our room was sort of below ground level whereas I thought from the hotel website that all the rooms opened out onto the lawn. Our windows looked out onto a ditch or something. The room still had large windows and very high ceilings so that helped. A little far from the busier part of town but there’s a water taxi stop less than 5 min walk away.

Venice is definitely a must see.

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had coffee, tea and water ready in our room every morning. Area was just perfect, a few minutes walk and there was beautiful park and the water bus station. Only disappointment was that the drinks were quite expensive from the hotel!

I mistakenly thought I booked a room with two beds. The concierge was very pleasant and made the switch. The staff, especially Daniella was such a delight to interact with.
