Our room was nice. Everything was ready. We did arrive around check-in time which apparently everyone showed up at the same time. Unfortunately the internet was done but that's not a big deal. We had a place to sleep, a great breakfast, some delicious smores, and many outdoor activities. The game room was out of service but we enjoyed everything outside to do like swim, bag toss, & enjoy the 4th of July community parade thru town & the drone show.

Front desk staff very helpful. The room was a premium room but carpet was dirty, no housekeeping service. The walk in shower gets wet outside and the floor was dirty. The ice machine didn’t have ice most of my stay. The doors to the building didn’t close all the way so anyone could go in. Overall it’s a good hotel just needs a little fixing. The hotel is in a convenience location right outside the Grand Canyon park with food options.

Overall I highly recommend for its location to Grand Canyon park entrance, and conveniences the hotel offers. Had indoor and outdoor pools, nice outdoor bar and lawn game area ( however the bar was never open for us since it didn’t open until June for peak season - that was a downside). Indoor bar and restaurants were very good, service was great and friendly staff. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.
