Checking in was quick and effortless. The hotel and the room were clean. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well. All basic amenities (air-condition, shower, Wifi...) were functional. The hotel staff were very friendly and approachable. The hotel was in close proximity to various dining options.

New paint doesn't hide the reality
Unfortunately this is a hotel that someone has spent money to give a facelift to, but it is rundown and old, smells old, beds are noisy when there's any movement on them (rated G). And the noise outside is the worst. Keep in mind when the price is low, there is a reason. The local (large) healthcare facility nearby may want to reconsider recommending this place to families. You get what you pay for. We left and checked into another hotel.
