A very well kept and high standard hotel. We were especially impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were to us, There were no issues with any part of our stay and I would highly recommend anyone visiting Karlstad to stay here as the location is perfect. The breakfast is good and varied too. Excellent Swedish hospitality!

Lovely hotel. Very welcoming. Staff brilliant. Room kept clean and to a good standard. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Certainly worth a visit to the Vana spa and sauna during a stay. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Karlstad.

10/10 Exceptional

Breakfast was fabulous. Artwork and decor was intriguing. Rooftop pool area was relaxing and scenic. We booked with a third party and were not aware that we had to book our parking ahead of time, so that was unfortunate. One of our two rooms had an issue with the shower drain and we had to make a late-night move: not fun. But the location as priceless. Would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! From the friendly and very helpful receptionists to the cheerful and discreet breakfast waiters to the relaxing roof top pool area. Lovely room with a view, comfy beds, delicious and very fresh breakfast. All of this in a very central location and with safe in-house parking. 10 out of 10!

2/10 Poor

Utrolig dårlig hjelp i resepsjonen.
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Frukost super bra! Bishop Armi i samme huset skaper en perfekt ramme. Vi kommer igjen
