They will do roome service for a charge - NY Bistro Restaurant was excellent - bede comfortable also pillows - very close to Geisinger hospital if you have a procedure scheduled the next day like i did - cable sucked , had 3 HBO channel but missing a lot of the big name channels like Bravo , USA , CW etc etc - and you have to have patience getting to the channels they do have once you select them - very close ( drivable ) to a lot of shopping and restaurants ! All in all a decent enough place for the price

Should be so much better!
Sad that a hotel with such potential seems to be badly managed. They desperately need to update the place as a whole. Rooms seem like they haven’t changed the rugs since the 1980’s. There are always some lose fixtures, or unsightly damage/ wear or stained walls/ carpet. The overall layout makes for an amazing experience if they would put a bit more money into updates. As well as proper maintenance & actually fixing the things before they become an issue. The sauna needs attention desperately. The pool area floor is slimy, and the gym stinks awful! The restaurants are overpriced with low quality food! It just needs more! Would be an amazing stay if they didn’t let it go to waste!

Check in was fine. Room does need some work done to it. Wall had some damage to it. Bath tub needs to be re-done. When trying to have coffee in the morning only had 1 regular coffee and 1 coffee cup available in the room. TV would not turn on, found out it had been unplugged probably during cleaning. Rest was ok.
