Very Good
Good but could be better.
The accomodations where decent, the surrounding areas not so much. Was approached by people asking for money in the parking. The service, overall, was good with the exception of the first front desk attendant that was rude and almot called me a liar to my face. Had to contact Hotels.com so they could clarify to the front desk agent the terms of this type of service. Almost forgot about jelly beans in my room.

Great Staff, Very Friendly.
Reservation was not transferred from hotel email to the system so we were lost upon arrival. Once they put us in the system, they put one day instead of 2. Other than that, everyone was super nice and friendly. Great location close to the park and freeway.

The bed was comfy. The staff was friendly. The iron was busted. And they only allowed access thru the main entrance, which was slightly annoying. But Id stay there again.
