Pleasant hotel with restaurant.
A pleasant hotel with a restaurant near the railway station. Nice room, with a large comfortable bed and a large modern bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There was a free shuttle bus outside the station which went to the old town every 15 minutes. There was a safe in our room, but it wouldn’t look when we’re there.

First nights touring the Alsace Wine region. We chose this hotel as it is next to the circular bus connection the main towns is excellent. 10 minute walk to little Venice in Colmar also very convenient.

Not so grand hotel.
Excited to arrive at the grand hotel, but the room was quite tired, very tired, with poor coffee and water, despite getting a suite. The brochure images show the plush new reception and ground floor. Shame they havnt yet invested in the bedrooms.
