This hotel was wonderfully decorated for Christmas. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had one issue with the heat in the room which could not be raised and when requested they allowed us to switch rooms quickly. Buffet breakfast is worth the price - lots and lots of options including more American type cereals and teas
