Stay was ok
The hotel looks nice when you walk in, however the rooms were a little out dated, run down and their was severe mold in the bathroom. The water also smelled pretty bad. The views were nice from the room and the roof deck. Def get a tour guide or uber/taxi to the pyramids. The walk from the hotel was horrendous.

4/10 Fair

Very bad experience. Lies.
1. Forcely asked to pay extra for eaely check in, even though they had multiple rooms available. 2. No wifi, water stops anytime so you have to schedule your bath. 3. Very difficult to get hold or front desk or manager 4. Rooms are very poorly maintained. Poor quality furniture. Door handle broke and not fixed or replaced. 5. Breakfast is okay, samw items and nothing exciting. 6. No room service, have to wait even to get fresh towels 7. Neighbourhood is very filthy and scary places around. 8. Only good part is nice view of pyramida feom terrace. Wont recommend at all. Not worth 100$ per night. We booked suite but it was not worth it at all.

6/10 Good

Beautiful Hotel, poorly run, frustrating service.
The hotel was noticeably renovated and has a beautiful rooftop seating area where they serve food with a direct view of the Pyramids. The hotel as a whole seems poorly run though and the service was very disappointing. Upon arrival we were placed into the wrong room (we paid for a room with a balcony and view of the pyramids) but when we arrived to our room, there was neither. We brought up this issue with the staff and we had to wait until the next day in the late afternoon when someone moved out to get the room we paid for (we were not compensated for this). When asking reception for anything, they wouldn't have an answer and would tell you they would call back, but never did. When ordering drinks, they would forget and leave you waiting until prompted again. The waiters and helpers would do things you didn't ask for and expect a tip in the process. When we relocated to the room we were supposed to be in, they still expected us to tip them... even through it was their mistake. The wifi simply doesn't 90% of the time as well and will crash constantly. I know we weren't alone, as I would routinely hear other customers arguing with the reception about mistakes made with their bookings. On the positive, the location is right next to the pyramids and the room was comfortable.

2/10 Poor

This hotel was in deplorable condition and the hotel wasn’t advertised. They advertised a nice view of the pyramid, instead there were trees. There was trash in hallway and mold on walls. I would never stay at such a place. The manager offered a better room but the hotel was in terrible condition.

6/10 Good

Good views, clean, annoying employees.
The place was clean and it looks like the rooms were somewhat recently renovated. What I didn’t like: A man that worked there (unsure of his role) followed me out of the building and “guided me” toward Giza. I knew where I was going thanks to the internet and map applications but he insisted I take his route. Following was my mistake. On the way we ran into one of his “friends” that ran a camel and horse stable. He kept pressuring me to buy a camel tour. I was a little interested, but wanted to be on my way. He kept trying to convince me to buy it anyway. It was incredibly annoying. I did not make any purchase. I stayed for one night. The day I checked out I asked the lady behind the desk if I could store my luggage. She directed me take the my suitcase to a room behind the desk. I walked to the room and another employee approached me, took the suitcase handle out of my hand, moved my suitcase all of maybe 3 feet. When I left the building he followed me out and asked for a tip. I didn’t give him one as I moved by own bag 90% of the way. Stay on your toes people! Don’t feel compelled to follow anyone anywhere or to buy any services. Egypt is full of touts. It was really annoying that one of them worked at my hotel. Other than that the place was clean and had good views of the pyramids.

Staff was nice but the property and cleanliness of the room needs to improve. Breakfast was okay, I could only eat toast with ham because the yogurts where expired, not a variety of fruit or breakfast served.
