Clean, modern and perfect location
Beautiful, clean and modern hotel. Location could not be better. Very quiet rooms considering how close this hotel is to Times Square. There was a bit of a hiccup with my reservation but Nathan rectified everything quickly and professionally. He was godsend and thanks to him we had a wonderful stay in NY. The only negative thing I have to say about this hotel is the size of the rooms (very small). But that wouldn’t stop me from recommending this hotel or staying there again myself.
