Stay away ni comfort here
Staff is invasive rude and down right mean do not stay here they barged in on my wife when she was attemping to check out. They also walled off the lobby which is an amenity. The actions show your just money to the people running it.

Stay was neither good nor bad. looks outdated. Had to use stairs to reach 3rd floor. Bathtub creaks and pops. Sink was stained bedsheets had a stain drawers were dirty. Staff was okay. Recommend staying somewhere else. Breakfast was just coffee and honeybuns and cereal

The bathroom had a hole in the Sheetrock. There had been repairs that were sloppy smeared caulk at the tub and sink and rust on the tissue holder. The breakfast area was blocked off with chairs except in the morning. One afternoon it was windy so they tied the front door shut. A clear violation of the life safety code and fire egress regulations

The hotel as average/ok overall. The thing that lowered my rating was a safety concern, as the very big tub/shower had zero safety grab bars. It only had the low horizontal bar just above the tub line and on the back wall. No hand rail to support stepping in/out of tub. For senior, this is not safe! Please remedy this in room 118 and any others with no hand-grab safety bar.

The hotel sheets and towels were stained. There was a half used bottle of shampoo left in our room. The front desk lady was rude. Lectured me about if I smoked or damaged the room I would be liable. Not in an advising way. We got to the room and the cover to the heater was off. Called as an item was left in the room and the lady was not kind and acted bothered and said our only option was to come get it. We love a decent ways away. Asked to talk to a manager and was told her was out of states
