never staying here again
I booked for three days while I looked around for a one month stay. the room they gave me was smaller than a prison cell and no ac ...… my mistake for not reading the fine print but then they wanted an extra $30usd for the same room but with air conditioning. the resort was dead as the tourists are being sheep and hiding in Canada under trudopes concentration rules. I got a honey moon suite just down the road for $33usd a night with huge kitchen and balcony and only 9 other tourists here so great time to visit

Fair 4.0
We had problem after problem. Extremely rude staff, not receiving things asked for, ants all over our bathroom. The owner, however, was extremely nice and did try very hard to make things better. It just wasn’t encouraging to consistently here “sorry” everyday. I have been to Jamaica several times and have never dealt with so many issues.

Good 6.0
I didn’t like the room, it was noisy as it is a ground floor. The patio area to the side of the room smelt awful. The staff was so great and helpful so that took away from the experience.

The overall stay was great, Traveller's made our stay a lot of fun and they know how to make us feel like we're part of the family. I would highly recommend Traveller's to anyone.

Best Resort In Negril
I had an amazing time at Traveller’s once again. For the past 5 years I usually stay 1 to 2 times per year and I’ve never been disappointed by the accommodations or the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. I love this resort!

Has potential
The front desk staff was pleasant polite and personable. The hotel is clean and very neat however, the room I stayed in was very hot and the tiny little fan did nothing to cool me. The bed was very uncomfortable too. Invest a little more in these areas and you’d have the perfect spot.

Very good 8.0
The property is a nice quaint place on the beach and within walking distance to local food markets. Our bungalow room was small but manageable for a week. It was only to sleep and shower anyway..we did cook which was a great convenience. I liked the bungalow rm as you have outside seating. It has a homey feel. Besides the mosquitoes and sand fleas on the beach I enjoyed my stay. Not much in onsite entertainment but there are nice food and drink choices at the ocean side restaurant and the menu is also well priced. The view and staff are nice. What I didn't like is there was an old "Karen" on the property that visits regularly for the locals and thinks it's her duty to tell others how to occupy the property. Meanwhile blowing her smoke on everyone as they passed by her room. Having a Karen as a nosey neighbor in paradise somewhat ruined my stay. I told the owner about her rude confrontational demeanor and he was very understanding and apologetic. Overall I would stay again. With a request to not be placed near the Karen if she's there.
