O local é um Motel e não um hotel. Colocaram "Hotel motel" só para poder anunciar o quarto no site. O chuveiro não funcionava direito e tivemos de tomar banho de ducha, a televisão só pegava record e sbt e a cama era muito desconfortável. Não indico este local.

A estadia começou com demora na recepção para entrada, a recepção é apenas um interfone a distância que dificulta a comunicação entre o hospede e o hotel, apesar de termos feito a reserva com antecedência não parecia que eles estavam preparados para nos receber, luz do banheiro com problemas, sem o frigobar conforme anunciado, serviço de quarto não nos atendeu conforme solicitado, passamos 3 dias sem limpeza no quarto, funcionários sem preparo para atendimento ao público, toda a demora e falta de limpeza eles usavam a justificativa de que so havia uma pessoa p limpeza e que o hotel estava cheio. O que mostra a falta de compromisso da gestao ou dos proprietários do gran luha em colocar uma quantidade de funcionários suficiente para atendimento aos hospedes.

Quarto simples, mas limpo e bem organizado. Café da manhã muito bom!!! O único ponto negativo é a organização da recepção, reservei uma semana antes e com reserva confirmada 1 dia antes. Mesmo assim quando cheguei, eles não localizaram a reserva e o quarto ainda não estava pronto e disponível (sendo que cheguei 17h e a entrada era a partir das 14h).
