I booked a double bedroom suite with 3 twin beds and one double bed and was charged that rate. Prior to arrival the room was paid in full through Expedia. When I arrived with my husband and two children there were only two twin beds in the room. I spent over an hour at the front desk arguing with the rude staff dressed in a T-shirt that was stained that the room I was given is not what I paid for. Long story short they charged me an extra $120 to bring the beds I had already paid for to the room. Under no circumstances do I recommend this hotel. It was awful. No coffee left by housekeeping the second night and we had to leave very early for a flight. There are other lovely hotels in Wengen. Stay far far away from this one.

Indians should avoid this hotel.
After paying 600 CHF a night, Rooms were smelly, No vegetarian options for Indians, Horrible staff, Breakfast did not have the basic brown bread and on asking for them they said they have gone to buy them and will be available shortly, this is definitely not expected out of a so called 4 star property and to top it up the restaurant staff was doing a favour on we indians as if he did not care, Indians and Indian vegetarian eaters should definitely avoid this hotel

Loved our stay at Silberhorn!
We loved our stay at the Silberhorn and it was one of our favorite hotels we stayed at during our honeymoon travels! The property is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located. The buffet breakfast in the morning is also wonderful! Highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit the Wengen/Lauterbrunnen area!
