Terrible stay
First room had Ants and the floor was sticky so had to move to another suite. 2nd room had a sofa bed where the springs of the mattress could be felt while laying on it. Just a terrible experience. Will never stay here.

The first room had roaches and went down for a change of room and front desk was very accommodating. It was late and was tired and didn’t want to go to another hotel. Hotel is in bad need of updating. Carpet and furniture is very used. Lobby was okay. One good thing about the place is that they had a large area with grass for my dog to run around on the side of the hotel.

Making the best of it
When I arrived on February 19, 2021to check in. The guy wasn’t happy to see me, it seem like even though he is wearing a mask. No friendly Conversation just to my card for the deposit and give me my key cards for the room. I asked about the pool and I was told it was closed indefinitely. I wouldn’t believe it that’s why I came because my two kids wanted to get in the pool and it was my daughter birthday. That’s all see really wanted. So I asked the guy did they have a hot tub or jacuzzi room and he said no. What I was hot now because on there website it say indoor and the have a jacuzzi rooms. I talked to my kids and told them. They were disappointed but still wanted to come so I chalk it up and said let’s make the best of it. I got some balloon and chips and candy and drinks. I got stop by the guy at the front desk and he told me that I couldn’t have any parties here and if so I was going to be charged to my card. I told him is not a party my daughter birthday is this weekend and y’all pool it’s open so I’m making the best of it. He tells me only four people can be in the room, like I don’t know so I just kept walking to the room. It was only going to be me and my two kids stay because she didn’t want a party. The Continental breakfast is only muffins cereal milk bananas oranges yogurt coffee tea and juices. I really believe they should have put on there website pool is closed indefinitely.

Can’t really complain. However, the food was lacking. They only had muffins, drinks, yogurt, plain oatmeal, cereal, and fruit. No real source of protein. The yogurt had 3 g of protein which isn’t much. So I wouldn’t say that Best western provides a complimentary breakfast because it doesn’t provide a balanced meal that includes a good source of protein. Need to step it up in that area. Protein is essential. Sugary carbs and sugary foods are definitely not essential
