A horrible stay I will never stay at that particular establishment again and here is why... From the moment I arrived at the front desk girl had major attitude. I'm not sure why or how this came about, however, I'll say this much if you're in the hospitality business and don't like dealing with people or are having a bad day you probably shouldn't be in this line of work. That said when I purchased a bottled beverage there was absolutely no bottle opener in the vicinity and I was told I could go across the street and up the road to a Marriott hotel. This particular person showed no initiative or can do spirit and pretty much was like we don't have anything for you and I'm not even going to try so deal with it. I travel a lot for business and talk about sour mood or bad vibe given off, this one's up there with the top three. I get upstairs to the room and there are no toiletries whatsoever aside from the standard body wash and shampoo conditioner combo inside the shower that is stationary. There was nothing else no lotion no bars of soap no facial towels etc. When I attempted to check the cabinet below the sink I was surprised (and not in a good way) to find out that there was no cabinet space underneath the sink. The reason I was able to find this out was because the piece of wood covering the hole space beneath the sink fell off and I could not put it back on. No I did not get aggressive and yank it off it literally fell off from all the other pulls I imagine, from guests
