This charming guest space is located at Nicura Ranch. It is 1 of 3 private guest areas on our property. Quaintly decorated with a Rose-cottage theme, guests will enjoy their own living/dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There is a private entry and plenty of parking available. The suite comfortably sleeps 2 adults. You will enjoy the unique experience of staying in an old barn that has been converted into private guest areas.

The space
Guests will be staying on a horse ranch that is home to beautiful horses and baby goats. Under their own risk, guests are permitted to interact with the animals. Part of our barn has been converted into the guest houses and suites, offering a unique experience. Guest traveling with horses are permitted to use our pastures and barn.
All 3 guest suites open into a courtyard area that includes a guest fire pit, grill, dining and patio space. The courtyard overlooks one of our horse pastures.
The property also features a fishing pond, pedal boat, and creek. There is a park area setup with tire swings, horseshoes, corn hole, and tetherball.

Guest access
You will have access to our guest patio, (with an outdoor dining table and seating), fishing pond, pedal boat, peaceful creek, and horse stables. Guest traveling with horses may use the pastures and barn.
Our property is 15-acres of fields and hills. It’s perfect for walking your dog or exercising. Guests can access all outdoor areas on the property.

There is plenty of parking available, outside your private entrance.
