Walk thru the front gate to discover a hidden Villa sprawling all around you! To the left, wander your way to the stunning, rooftop patio to enjoy awe-inspiring sunsets. Or to your right, don't miss the spacious outdoor shower before heading downstairs to the amazing enclosed courtyard! The courtyard has an outdoor kitchen area, games and entertainment, a lounge area amid greenery with fire table, and an exit to a small, but enclosed, dog yard. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with Gas BBQ, counter space and an outdoor sink to round out this sweet and wind resistant area.
The entry level of the house has a small, but very efficient, kitchen with bar stool counter top, opening up to a spacious dining area perfect for admiring the views while sharing a meal with your friends and family at the large dining room table. Adjacent to kitchen and dining area is a small family room with a cozy gas fireplace and a large screen TV.
A second lounge area with brand new sleeper sofa is located on the other side of the dining area, set in front of a wall of windows facing west, offering you and your guests a front row view of the Pacific sunsets!
The entry level also has Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, and 1/2 Bath for guests.
The Master bedroom has a very comfortable queen sized bed, large walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors opening to a sitting deck with lounge chairs.
Head downstairs to enjoy the views from a different angle in the spacious lower level lounge area, where once again the west wall is dominated by windows and sliding doors opening up to the Pacific. Rolling, deer-spotted hills dive towards the Pacific Ocean right before your eyes, as you breathe in the ocean air, birds soaring above you. The downstairs common area also has a new sleeper sofa for your guests' comfort.
The 2nd bedroom with queen sized bed is also located on the lower level, along with a second full bath!
Step out onto the lower level deck with glass wind breaks, wrapping around the west side of the house, and head left to find the secluded spa area. Rinse the sand and salt off in the 2nd outdoor shower before hopping in the hot tub to enjoy a long relaxing soak, under the stars, surrounded by greenery.
