You enter to the split staircase. Head down to access a full bath, with beautifully tiled shower, and two comfy, private bedrooms. Also accessible from this floor is access to the garage with brand new full sized Ping Pong Table!
Head up from the entryway and you first encounter the primary bedroom suite with west-facing floor to ceiling windows! This large, light-filled bedroom also has a gas/log fireplace to warm up chill ocean nights or mornings! Walk-in closet and exquisite en suite with soaking tub round out this space, making it the perfect private sanctuary for the romantic couple in your group!
Also on this intermediate level is a conveniently located 1/2 bath and laundry area!
At the top of the staircase is the light, bright and spacious living area with kitchen, dining, living room and a small, loft "reading nook!" Vaulted ceilings and an open floorplan create a beautiful and spacious common area where the whole family can come together and relax! Floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors to the back deck allow for plenty of light and ample views of both the Pacific Ocean and the rolling hills that abut the property. Another gas/log fireplace in the living room ensures warm, cozy evenings spent lounging together, playing games at the large dining room table, or simply preparing the evening's meal in the excellently equipped gourmet kitchen!
The living room couch folds out for extra sleeping, as does the sofa elevated in the loft reading nook, perched above the kitchen, that looks out upon the rest of the common area.
The sliding glass doors lead out to the beautiful back deck surrounded by rolling hills and flush with Dillon Beach wildlife! Watch the deer meander through your backyard in the morning! The deck is also home to the propane gas grill and outdoor eating area for the perfect beach BBQ!
