This is a great hotel in a great location to access anywhere in the city. It was quiet, modern and clean and the staff were very professional and helpful. Selection of free drinks in the lobby was great and the breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety of options. There are lot of green lights on switches and the AC controller in the room which meant getting creative to cover them up to make the room fully dark when sleeping but wasn’t too much of an inconvenience.

This hotel is located in a safe and quiet area close to Kyoto city hall, subway, and great restaurants. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need. Breakfast had lots of food choices and the coffee is excellent. Bonus-coffee and ice water is available throughout the day in the lobby and there’s an Nespresso machine in the room. The staff are really lovely and very friendly.
