nice but expensive
very nice comfortable stay, rooms were great. very quiet considering we are in a busy part of London. room service was good but the food served was in tiny portions. Cocktails were quite overpriced for what you get. Breakfast was fab, definitely recommend to include when booking. the pool has restricted hours for kids which is not listed on their website and was a bit of a disappointment to find out we couldn't use it when we checked in. But overall was a nice stay and will be happy to visit again

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service
Beautiful hotel very close to Liverpool Street Station. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, ambience, room size and room amenities. The service was impeccable- at no point did it feel pretentious despite being a 5 star hotel. Service was always with a smile and all the staff were attentive and helpful. The facial at the spa was excellent too. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
