Rough stay :( multiple issues
When we checked in, a woman (who I’m assuming was the manager) informed another staff member that they would be charging our account 500 dollars for incidentals…. We were confused why the number would be so high, and the other staff member literally said “are you serious?” When she had him type it in.. thankfully my husband and I have that in our accounts… but I just wanted others to be aware because it was definitely an unnecessary surprise.. (felt like a power trip from the female staff member) Then when we got up to our room, the sheets were absolutely disgusting. Covered in a huge stain.. When we had to call down and ask for new sheets to put on ourselves, it took almost 30 minutes before we received them. The hotel room itself was fine… but this experience was definitely overshadowed by some of the other things..

Hotel was nice and new, but I paid in full through Expedia and they charged me as if I didn’t pay through Expedia . I’ve called and talked with them and they say they will take care of it and call me back when they’ve taken care of it and nobody as ever called back and the extra charge has cleared and nobody at the hotel knows how to credit my CC so now it’s time to file a dispute with my CC company.

Beautiful room. Clean. When I booked I searched for a room close to hospital d/t having surgery at 5 am next day. It was 19 miles away. Kept calling and the hotel clerk has volume turned down. 43 missed calls. The clerk that checked me out next morning noted this when he came on duty
