Really liked the Eurostars Lisboa hotel. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is near the main shopping area, and an easy walk to the metro to get around. We stayed over a weekend and the area was very quiet . Would recommend a stay here.

Underwhelming experience at this hotel
My recent stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, especially given its rating. I expected rooms of a higher standard, a better-equipped gym, and a more comprehensive breakfast selection. Unfortunately, the gym consisted of little more than a single treadmill and a few weights crammed into a small space. The breakfast offered was very limited—just pastries, some local cheese, and a small pot of scrambled eggs. Considering there’s a full gym just across the street, it would have been a thoughtful service to offer access to that facility, rather than relying on the inadequate on-site option. Additionally, I found the amenities lacking in other areas, such as not providing umbrellas to guests when it was pouring rain. For those considering staying here, be careful not to confuse this location with the newly built hotel downtown within the same chain, which offers a much higher standard of service. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this property.

Our key had to be programmed 3 times as we couldnt enter a few days. One day when we arrived there were no towels in the room. No answer from reception, had to go down to get any attention. Expected better from Eurostars.

The Lisboa Parque Hotel is a truly a hidden gem. Less than half the price of the Epic Sana next door, it has everything budget minded travelers need including clean comfortable rooms and a terrific breakfast to start your day. Best of all it’s 5 minutes from Parque de Pombal, literally the hub of tourist transportation: sightseeing buses, metro, tours, you name it. There could not be a better location in Lisbon! We picked a room with a terrace. Very nice touch.

Too Hot - Won't Stay Here Again
Location 10 minute to Liberty Avenue for shopping/restaurants/tours and 5 miles (but 30 minute drive) to airport. Towels were thin. Hairdryer, body soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in pump bottles in the bathroom. Mini fridge, safe/vault and closet/drawers. Room was very clean, bed just ok. Staff was friendly - nice surprise that when we arrived early with a room immediately available. Morning housekeeping only allowed 1 roll toilet paper when I asked for two rolls (odd). Biggest disappointment was our room was SO HOT. Early November outside was in the low 70s F (22-24 Celsius) but the room was much hotter. After first night sweating, I asked the front desk to look into this issue or relocate our room. Told maintenance fixed the issue. Although it was not as hot the next two nights of our stay, it was never cool in the room. We tried sleeping with the window open, but it was too loud outside. In fairness, when we checked out I told the person at the desk again that AC never worked and they comped my 4 breakfast charges. However, a frustrated guest also in the lobby at the same time said he was changing hotels because his room was too hot. Door to bathroom is terrible - smoked glass that does not have a door knob (swinging door) providing little privacy. Breakfast was good - lots of options for only €12/person/day. Great restaurant in walking distance called Lidia. We did not use parking lot or gym, so can’t comment on that. Stayed at Eurostars in Madrid - better!
