Ein sehr netter Empfang im einen mittleren Hotel mit gelegentlicher aber separat gehaltener Abendunterhaltung. Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind sauber, das Personal nett und höflich. Die Speisen sind ausreichend und abwechslungsreich und die Preise für zusätzliche Leistungen angemessen - eher günstig. Ausreichend Liegen und Schirme am Pool und Strand vorhanden. Das rund 500m entfernte Meer und der Sandstrand sind besonders für Kinder sehr geeignet, da es erst nach 100 m tiefer wird. Leider gibt es seitens des Hotels am Strand keinen Getränkeservice und keine Toilette. Das nächste Strandcafe mit Toilette ist aber nur rund 300 m vom separatem Hotelstrand entfernt. Der Ort Ören ist ein sehr erholsamer Urlaubsort - gerne immer wieder. Der nächste kleine Flughafen Edremit ist nur 10 Autominuten entfernt und mit dem Taxi gut zu erreichen.

Otel imkanları güzel, personel eğitilmeli
Otel imkanları, yiyecek,içecek fiyatları açısından tatmin ediciydi. Ancak genel olarak personelin müşteriye karşı tutumu özellikle denk geldiğim bir kaç personelin iletişim şekli son derece uygunsuzdu. Gün içerisinde uzak şehirden uzun seyahatten gelen kişiyi sadece 5 saat önce odaya almamak için neredeyse 1 günlük ücret talep edildi. Her gün değişen yatak çarşafa rahatsızlanıp kusan arkadaşımdan 750 tl ücret istendi. Sauna kullanımı çin tek kişiden 100 tl ücret talep edildi. Daha ilk gün yanlış oda verildiği sırada odamız değiştirilirken mevcut oda anahtarı alınıp elimizden alınıp yerine oda anahtarı verilmeden elektriksiz odada bekletildik.
