Troubled stay
I've stayed here a few times with no hassels but this time the front desk service was very poor. I reserved 4 rooms, two of which i prepaid but when we got there i was told my credit card didn't go thru which was not true. The other two rooms that was not prepaid they wanted to charge more than what was quoted. Now it's the wknd and so they wanted to charge a wknd rate. It was such a mess and i was told it's because i book thru Hotel.com which is a third party booking, and that i should've book directly with them. Stayed here a few times before but never had this problem. I believe there should be some kind of compensation for my trouble.

Huge traffic and confusion in breakfast area
Disappointed with bad management in breakfast area. Huge traffic and confusion for waffle line waiting and blocking other items access. They should put separate area for waffle and coffee sections. Second, bread toaster was very small and slow. Third, very less options for vegetarians

"Shuttle" frustration.
What was very disappointing was that I booked this hotel for the shuttle service. Called when picked up luggage and was told the shuttle comes every 1/2 hour( was around 10:15 p.m. Went outside and waited until 11:00 p.m. Every time I called (twice) was told that it was coming. This is what we needed the most. The room was used just for 6 hours sleep. WILL NEVER GO THERE!!!!!
