For a motel that we only need for about 6 hours, I had low expectations. Surprisingly, this motel was cleaner than I expected & the tv/furniture were more updated than expected. My only issue was that I couldn’t figure out the shower.

Was clean, nice staff and affordable. Had to get surgery at Stanford and motel was about 5 miles from hospital. Avoided heavy rush hour Silicon Valley traffic by staying at that motel. Good value for the money.

The room was ant-infested. Although the reservation was made through Expedia, the employee was charged again at check out. We were able to resolve but it was a waste of time and energy.

The property was in a great location. close to restaurants. the room was big but i would hear the upstairs guest walking around and the next door neighbors talking loudly. the toilet seat was broken and a long ass hair was found in the sink.

My GPS sent me to the wrong Americas Best Value Inn Sky Ranch when first arrival. There are 2 hotels with the same name on the same road (El Camino Real) seperated approximately 5 miles apart. I requested a first floor room but was provided a 2nd floor room and no elevator. Made multiple trips up/down at first because my digital key would not open the door. The Manager finally came and found that my door lock needed a new battery to work. The next issue was the TV remote control did not turn the TV on and I did not find out that the TV power button had to be used until I came back to the hotel after work the following day. Also there is no desk service until 7:00 AM so you need to check out the night before if you have any early flights out of any airport.
