Very handy for Cambridge. Room very clean and good size. Good bar and restaurant on site, plus Sainsburys local in same block. Only downer was loose toilet seat - couldn't be bothered to complain about it.

Great hotel - it’s not central but if you have business in Cambridge’s west campus, it’s excellent. It’s about an horizon to walk its the centre of Cambridge, and the U1 and U2 busses plus a couple of others come out here. The hotel is well-kept, with a nice lobby fully of comfy seating and spots to get a bit of work done. Restaurant and cafe in the hotel, plus another cafe across the courtyard, along with a Sainsbury superstore. The rooms have small fridges, kettles and 2 bottles of still water daily. The rooms are quite pretty and spacious.

All the staff had excellent customer service, especially the night manager lady.so friendly. Had a lovely stay, spacious bedroom, comfortable bed, the bathroom was also very well designed, with a large powerful shower. Breakfast was tasty and filling, as was the evening meal. Only 1 draw back is the £20 a day car charge, think that is unfair when you are staying in any hotel and spending alot of money on accommodation and food and drink, this should be waivered.

10/10 Exceptional

Large and spacious hotel with welcoming vibe. My room was very comfortable, especially the bed. It was quiet and had useful things such as an iron. Great bathroom. High quality fixtures and fittings. All very modern and clean. Large choice of well prepared food at breakfast. Fast, friendly and efficient check out. Hotels.com, on the other hand, was nightmare. Messed up my booking, accused me and the hotel of lying about it and took nearly a week to refund me.

10/10 Exceptional

Clean, comfortable, good sized rooms. Only downside, possibly the worst coffee in the world from the bar in the lobby. Ordered Americano but got a boiling hot light brown liquid like a grim American filter coffee. Waited 10 minutes for it to cool down and then it was tasteless. Apart from that, hotel is excellent; just needs a better barista

Very nice, clean and new hotel. A bit out of the way of central Cambridge but have many buses going through so you’re about 10-15 mins from central Cambridge. Cafe next door is amazing so don’t bother with hotel breakfast

Nice hotel. Good restaurant in the hotel itself and a couple restaurants within the small community. There is also a grocery store close by. Cambridge is a nice 40min walk and has plenty of dining options.

Lovely stay and really great staff. We stayed for one night and the room was clean, comfortable and had all the expected amenities. Location was a little out of the city but, we knew that before booking. Would stay again if visiting the Cambridge area.
