Over-priced for a worn-out hotel
Our room is a 1-bedroom suite for 3 adults. The only good points are its convenient location and spaciousness. Sometimes we found small ants crawling on the pantry's countertop and the table. The lights inside the bedroom are broken and very dated, and so is the furniture. Overall it's dark to me. No soap nor hand towel was provided in the smaller toilet until I requested so, but still, the housekeeper can only give us soap but with no soap plate, hence the mess around the sink. On the departure morning, I called the front desk to help bring the pieces of luggage to the lobby. We waited for 10 mins but nobody came. We ended up taking them ourselves to the lobby, then I saw 2 front desk staff chatting with each other and there were no customers around! I reported to the lady staff about the absence of the luggage assistance, and only then she realized no helper showed up but still didn't initiate to help carry our luggage to the Hotel's lift which could access the pavement directly in order to save the trouble to carry them down to the sidewalk as there are many staircases from the lobby floor to the pavement. Overall, it is not worthwhile to pay an expensive rate for such a worn-out hotel. It needs renovation and better training of the staff.
