The address that was provided to me by a staff was totally incorrect. I spent over an hour trying to find the location of the hotel. The GPS directed me to the Holiday Inn 10 minutes away. The hotel elevator was under renovation. The room was clean with the exception of the watermark in the ceiling.

Room smelled really bad. When I moved rooms no one helped with bags and not one person apologized for the inconvenience. I also asked to receive a wake up call and never got it. Overall bad experience and probably wouldn’t stay there again....

there were plumbing issues and the 4 days i was there i only got one warm..not even hot ..shower..in 4 days, i work construction/demolition...complained but really no rectification

Clean, comfy and spacious
It was as expected. Right off the highway near the airport but no noise. Parking is a pain in that there aren’t many 15 min spots out front in order to check in and then drive to a door closest to where your room will be. To park in the lot and then go up to the front of the hotel to get to the lobby is inconvenient (no walkway). Otherwise the stay was fine. Clean, comfy and spacious.
