We had a wonderful experience at Rose Garden hotel. Two rooms for a family of 4, the front desk staff were very friendly, accommodating, very attentive, and professional. A good little hotel conveniently located 1 min walk from Nishi-Shinjuku station. There are Family Mart and 7/11 stores close by and Tully’s coffee shop at the station. A truly beautiful shrine is also about 3 mins walk. The hotel itself needs an upgrade as it looks a little tired - the rooms are small but have all the things you would expect. Did not use the breakfast facilities. Staff were very helpful and always polite and professional.
