Good not great
I'd give them 5 stars if i didn't feel cheated. One of the main differentiators of the hotel was the free breakfast and $50 credit on food and beverages. Turns out the breakfast is dismal. Cold eggs with butter free bread and some fruits. And the $50 credit can only be used in the hotel's restaurant, which is only open for limited hours, and not even open on Mondays. Since we were only there for Sunday and Monday, our only opportunity to use those credit was between 10-3 on a Sunday, but we weren't informed of this during check-in. I'm super disappointed with that part of our experience, however, the rest was great. The hotel location is perfect and the rooms were clean and in great shape! Easily walkable to old San Juan, with food and drink options within a 10 minute walk.

The hotel looked exactly like the pictures. The hotel staff was amazing. We had an issue with the cooling unit in the bedroom and they upgraded us to the penthouse room.
