I was quarantined in second floor. Supposedly a non smoking room and there’s a strong smell of cigarettes coming from the bathroom which I complained to the front desk. I end almost having asthma which I don’t smoke and have the medical problem in first place but the staff is prompt when attention is called

More on dislike coz in my room is too noisy i cant even sleep properly because of the noise outside i can barely hear the jeepneys, busses, ambulance honking at loud. My AC sometimes doesnt work and also it whistling. My TV is all local channel no cable. Also extra hangers. This is my worst experience in hotel staying. Thank you

Bad customer service
They lost my reservation, and when i presented my confirmation number the girl said the confirmation number means nothing. I spent an hour on the phone with a rep from my bank who told me the charge had gone thru 2 days earlier. The girl at the desk was laughing and having a good time on the phone talking with the billing department instead of taking it serious that i prepaid the room and I'm standing there with my bags for an hour, only to have this same girl tell me i did not pay and my confirmation number means nothing. She was so very annoying. They wanted to change me again for a room that i prepaid for the two days earlier. When all was said an done, they apologized and said yes my room was paid and it was OK to check in. I think the real problem was they only wanted cash, but they did not want to admit it.
