The hotel lobby was clean and the staff were very nice and polite. The parking garage is very narrow and tight. The room itself was ok. Was hoping that the room was going to be similar to the pictures.

Hotel is in excellent location, we were able to walk to Notre Dam basilica and to the old port. Room was very clean and new, very good team, room is big and very comfortable. reasonable price.

Nice, quiet and secure hotel. Excellent location. Indoor parking. Nice decorating touches in the building. Helpful and friendly staff. The only critique is that the hand sanitizer bottle at the gym was empty, and there was no disinfectant solution and wipes for cleaning the equipment before and after use on the 2 occasions we used it.

The place is showing it’s age. The main issue is the noise. It was so loud with the bar below or beside until wee hours of the morning. If you are not going to party and want to sleep before 3am I would stay somewhere else.
