Average hotel, poor customer service
We arrived 15 minutes before check-in and two other couples were also waiting to check-in. No one was at the front desk. We walked all over the first floor, called the front desk and no one came or answered until 3:00. And he did not apologize for the wait. He also was not friendly. The hotel was average. I would not stay here again.

Terrible management or rather no management.
It was absolutely horrible. I had 2 nights booked and didn’t get there until the second day because of car problems. They still charged me for the 17th. I went there on the 18th ( I had booked the the 17th and the 18th$. So I went to check in on the morning of the 18th and they didn’t have any rooms available except a room with a double bed. I booked and paid for 2 nights in a king suite. They weren’t going to refund the difference. They had me wait an hour or so and got a suite clean. I went into it and someone had been smoking in it. I went back and told them This and the room was unacceptable. Now I stay there every 1 weeks for 2 nights and this was the non- service I received???!!! So the same guy came and offered me the double again. I said no. So finally he relented and refunded me for that night. I will never stay there again!!
