I liked the all ceramic or wood linoleum floor…. However, the back rear exit at the basement parking garage is awful for low clearance vehicles. My car scratched scraped exiting the entire bottom exiting the parking garage.

The staff was rude and we weren’t able to stay there because we had to arrive by 6pm. I do not understand what the point of making a reservation is if our room would be given to another person. I had until November 14th to cancel and if I didn’t cancel it, it was for a reason. I did not receive an email or a call saying that my reservation would be cancelled. Very unsatisfied.

El problema que tuvimos es que al llegar a la habitación nos encontramos que había fauna nociva (cucarachas) dentro de la habitación y además eñ el pasillo estaba sucio tiene alfombra y parecía que tenía tiempo sin aspirarlo se veía muy sucio Se fue a la recepción y se les explico y se les mostró fotografía del hecho y la verdad ya no quisimos quedarnos en el hotel porque no nos sentíamos agusto y pedimos que nos devolvieran nuestro importe y no quisieron hasta que mandáramos un correo a contabilidad explicando el motivo y tuvimos que irnos a buscar otro hotel eñ mejores condiciones de limpieza
