Overall stay was OK
We stayed there for 4 nights. We took a family room. It was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Cleaning service guys were doing their job properly even when u are not in room without asking any consent to clean. There should be an option for letting the guest know if he wants to clean or not. Lastly, breakfast menu remained the same for all 4 days of our stay without even a little variation which was quite disappointing. Overall experience was OK, but as a brand Wyndham has lot of scope to improve in all fronts compare to their competitors.

Service client très mauvais
Manque cruel de formation du personnel ! Nous avons eu une altercation avec un des membres du personnel pour avoir demandé une serviette pour la piscine. Au delà de ça, le personnel du bar et du restaurant ne sont pas formés non plus : très longue attente, 45 mn pour avoir deux cocktails puis encore 45 mn pour une planche de fromage apéritive (arrive sans pain et sans couverts). Pour le repas : les deux plats servis avec 30mn de décalage. Bref cet établissement a un gros potentiel mais il faut former le personnel
