We had a great time at Swandor Topkapi. It was fresh, very clean, and had lots of activities at the hotel. We would like to thank all the staff, especially Çoşkun bey at the main restaurant who always served us with a big smile and very fast. Lovely beach, and especially a lovely deck at the beach. The negative part is that during our stay (July) the number of guests at the hotel was a bit too high for its capacity. Wherever you went, there were lots of people everywhere. The restaurant always felt stressful and we kept bumping into other guests. Animation, sunbeds, etc. were always full if you weren’t early.

We stayed at Swandor with my wife and had a great experience overall. Everything was on a high level — service, food, and facilities. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Plenty of activities during the day and evening entertainment, so there is always something to do. Food and drinks were excellent with a wide variety and good quality cocktails, all-inclusive worked very well. The pools are large and beautiful, perfect for swimming and relaxing. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. Would definitely come back again.

We have just spent an amazing week at Swandor Hotels & Resorts, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel was exceptionally clean at all times, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the entire resort was beautifully kept. The food was one of the highlights of our vacation. There was a fantastic variety every day, with fresh, delicious meals and something for everyone. The restaurants, bars, and all the facilities exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly memorable. We would especially like to thank the Iranian chef who prepared the wok dishes during the evening dinners. His cooking was absolutely exceptional—the wok was by far some of the best food we had during our stay. Every meal he prepared was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. On top of his incredible talent, he was always kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about the guests. His positive attitude and warm personality made every visit a pleasure, and he truly deserves special recognition. Thank you to the entire Swandor team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, outstanding food, spotless facilities, and an unforgettable vacation.

We stayed here as a family of four and had both positive and negative experiences. The biggest highlight was the food. The selection was excellent, the quality was consistently high, and there was something for everyone. The staff also deserve a lot of praise. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely did their best to make our stay enjoyable. We rented a private beach cabana for €180 for one day, and for us it was worth every euro. It gave us a quiet place to relax without competing for sunbeds among thousands of guests. On the downside, the hotel feels like a large holiday factory. There are long queues, crowded areas, and little personal service. Although the hotel is clean, it is starting to show its age. The rooms are dark and dated and do not match the bright photos used in the hotel’s advertising. The small shops inside the resort are also extremely overpriced. Our biggest disappointment was the taxi situation. The hotel appears to allow only certain taxis to operate while others are driven away. We were charged €70 for a 15-minute ride that normally costs around €15. The drivers also refused to accept card payment, despite this being a legal requirement in Turkey. We believe the hotel should do more to protect its guests from such practices. Overall, the food and staff were excellent, but we felt the hotel was focused on maximizing revenue from tourists. We visit Turkey twice a year, but unfortunately we will not be returning to this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was a dublex which has a 2 twins bedroom & bathroom upstairs and a double bed and pullout armchair downstairs. Two bathrooms total and two mini fridges that come stocked with free Coke brand drinks. My kids really enjoyed the beach though one of them stepped on something sharp at the beach, that later was removed and cleaned out by the onsite doctor (for free). So I recommend wearing shoes when walking around the beach. The staff was really the best, everyone I encountered was friendly and as helpful as they could be. My only complaint would be too many adults in the main children’s pool. And these huge fat hairy men (one after the other - not related) were pretending to be playing with their kids but appeared to be washing themselves in the kids pool. This was irritating to me since it was my kids favorite pool. The hotel probably doesn’t want to offend guests - I don’t even know what they would say. And it may just be the norm for European hotel guests. It was right next to a huge adults pool, so they could’ve easily swam there. Also they seemed they would probably lie and say their child needed help swimming.

Overall, the hotel is okay, but I would consider it more of a mid-range resort rather than a luxury experience. For the price you pay, it doesn’t quite meet expectations. I feel it’s overpriced for what it actually offers. The food has a decent variety, but after a couple of days you realize it’s almost the same selection every day with only small changes. It starts to feel repetitive. The drinks were one of the biggest disappointments. Soft drinks like Coca-Cola and Sprite didn’t taste like the original versions, and the cocktails, frappes, and other beverages lacked flavor and quality. Most of them were not enjoyable. The rooms are cleaned every day, but the housekeeping is very basic. Bed sheets are not changed regularly unless you specifically ask for it, which was disappointing. One positive aspect is the staff. Some employees were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, making our stay more pleasant. Unfortunately, others seemed unfriendly and not very welcoming, so the service felt inconsistent. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, but considering the price, I expected a much better experience.
